Authorisation Letter Required for Redemption on Behalf
Dear Traders,
The company now requires authorisation letters from your downlines if you wish to redeem products on their behalf. This is due to the fact that the company has received too many complaints on the following:
- Products that were redeemed by upline were not passed on to the rightful Trader
- Uplines redeemed products on behalf of downline without prior notification to the affected downline.
Therefore to safeguard the interests of all Traders, Customer Service will only accept redemption on behalf of another Trader when there is an authorisation letter. Please kindly take note.

ESABEE-Vouchers go Electronic!
Say goodbye to misplaced ESABEE vouchers! With immediate effect, ESABEE-Vouchers will now be automatically recorded into your web-account! This also means from now onwards, there will no longer be printed vouchers that sometimes get misplaced but rather, you will be able to redeem the vouchers the PAPERLESS WAY!
Procedure for redemption will be as follows:
- Qualifiers will receive a SMS confirming that ESABEE vouchers have been credited into your account, with the expiry date.
- To redeem, just submit a completed redemption form at the office in person, by fax or email.
- Upon receiving your form, the office will proceed to verify details and proceed for redemption.
It's that easy!
On top of that, we will be extending the expiry period from 3 months to 100 days! Happy Redemption!
